Features: This machine builds upon the standard single‑station flat‑to‑flat press by adding an additional hot‑stamping station, enabling both one‑pass hot‑stamping and die‑cutting as well as two‑pass die‑cutting operations. The machine employs high‑precision flat‑to‑flat die cutting, with material feeding and slitting controlled by a servo‑driven computer. Two-sided printing registration and longitudinal color mark tracking are precisely achieved using three photoelectric sensors. Die cutting, waste removal, slitting, or roll‑up for automatic labeling machines can all be completed in a single pass.
