Depending on product requirements, either full‑rotary die-cutting or intermittent die-cutting can be employed. When intermittent die-cutting is selected, the tension in the unwinding, rewinding, and web‑guiding system areas remains consistent—unlike traditional intermittent systems that require edge‑trimming—and this prevents die‑cut products from shifting during transport. The intermittent die‑cutting unit utilizes magnetic rollers, eliminating the need for frequent roller changes; to die‑cut different products, simply swap out the flexible die‑cutting blades. This machine boasts high speed, exceptional precision, simple operation, enhanced productivity, and reduced costs. It is particularly well suited for die‑cutting labels in large, medium, and small batches, as well as for applications demanding high quality. For exceptionally large‑batch products, simply select “full rotary” on the touch screen and install the corresponding die‑cutting roller to achieve full‑rotary die‑cutting.
